What is Identity Continuity?

How it Works
- Customer identity is established during onboarding through identity proofing & verification so you can truly know your customer.
- The customer is prompted to take a selfie and their facial biometric template is captured during the proofing process. The template is encrypted and stored securely on a device, server, or both.
- The biometric template is attached to a single customer record, along with the data gathered during the onboarding process.
- Optional authentication factors can be added to the customer record to maximize security, including but not limited to device signatures, voice prints, and push-to-app.
- The customer is authenticated at every point of access using the established factors, no matter the channel: web, mobile, contact center, kiosk, and more.
- A single, central view of each customer is used to provide a personalized experience.
